IMPT: You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring along a copy of your email receipt as proof of purchase.

Store Pick-up orders must be collected within 7 days from the SMS notification. If your order is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to warehouse inventory. In that instance, please contact us at to re-schedule another pick up.


All local orders are despatched by Speedpost Courier and hence, we are unable to deliver at a specifically designated time or day.

It takes approximately 4 to 6 working day(s) to process your order and for your goods to reach you.

If, at the time of delivery, no one is available to receive your parcel, please remember to look out for the delivery slip usually left at your doorstep. You can subsequently call Speedpost at +65 6222 5777 to request for re-delivery or choose to pick it up at the assigned Singpost branch or PopStation.

We deliver to all parts of Singapore except Paya Lebar Airport, Changi Airport Transit Lounges and Cargo Complex, PSA Terminal, offshore islands including Jurong Island, army camps and other government-restricted areas.

All international orders are shipped via Speedpost Standard (AIR). Depending on your locale, your order could take any time between 5 to 21 working days to reach you. After your order is despatched, we will be in touch via email with your shipment tracking number.

Singpost offers competitive postage rates, including Saver Pacs for orders up to 5kg, 10kg and 20kg. If you intend to order in bulk, do drop us a message via the Contact Us page, and we can advise you on the most cost-effective shipping method.

IMPORTANT: Customers are, themselves, responsible for any import restrictions, taxes, tariffs or customs duties levied by their respective countries upon the sale, import or use of products sold by Spa Foods™. Spa Foods™ will not be held liable for goods undelivered due to customs restrictions. Spa Foods™ is unable to facilitate delivery once the package enters the destination country and is in the hands of the respective partner carrier. We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to bring you the best nature has to offer. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than errors made on the part of Spa Foods™.

If you have received unsatisfactory or defective goods, please bring the item down to either of our locations listed above, along with your original order confirmation and receipt.

We do not accept returns for clearance items, product samples or products with the packaging seal broken. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the order confirmation date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days of the order confirmation date.

Refunds and/or exchanges are to be made strictly on a case-by-case basis. Refunds (if any) will be issued via the original mode of payment within 2 working days.
